What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is based on the products purchased. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the product to be delivered at your doorsteps.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers (Blue Dart, Fedex etc).
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?
Items which are labeled 'In Stock' on their respective product pages, are stocked in our various warehouses and usually takes 3-5 business days to reach our customers. Items which we will need to procure or import, are labeled 'Imported' or specified lenses - the delivery of these items can vary between 2 and 4 weeks.
Calcellation & Return Policy:
Once you place your order, you have one hour to review your order. Post that order will not be cancelled.If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a 50% refund (excluding shipping).
You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the glasses to call us for a return authorization (RA) number if you want to return them for any reason.
If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no charge. Defects in the anti-reflective (AR) coating and photochromic films are warrantied for 6 months from the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the frames, lenses, or coatings.
If in case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested not to accept the shipment and contact Customer Care.
To meet the cancellation deadline, timely mailing of the written cancellation or return of shipment shall suffice.
Customized lenses fitted in frame will not be taken back. In case you feel any difficulty in product adjustment in terms of fitting or vision correction, you may contact our support number with your purchase reference and they will be pleased to assist you.
We do not provide any warranty on breakage of Frame, Sunglass or Lens.
We do not have any Refund Policy however, Refund will be at the sole discretion of Management for special cases and it will be refunded after deducting Bank Transaction Charges.
