Refund & Return Policy
Dr. Bansal Optics offers customers the option to return, refund, or exchange products purchased from www.bansaloptics.com, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Return / Exchange / Refund
- Requests must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from scratches or defects that reduce its value.
- Price tags, identification tags, invoice, and original packaging must be intact.
- Customers must clearly mention the Order Number and Order Date.
- Products must be returned along with the original invoice.
- Returns without an invoice will not be accepted.
- The return package must be properly sealed. If the product is found damaged during inspection, it will be resent to the customer and will not qualify for return or refund.
- All returned products will undergo a quality inspection by our experts.
- Returns will be accepted only after expert approval, and refunds will be initiated accordingly.
- Returned products will be exchanged for the same product on a priority basis. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
Refund Deductions
For Eyeglasses Orders:
- Fixed Shipping Charges: ₹70
- Reverse Shipping Charges: ₹100
- COD Charges (if applicable): ₹100
- 50% of Lens Price (as per invoice)
For Frames, Sunglasses & Computer Glasses:
- Fixed Shipping Charges: ₹70
- Reverse Shipping Charges: ₹100
- COD Charges (if applicable): ₹100
- Convenience Fee: ₹99
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be initiated within 15 days after expert confirmation.
- Applicable deductions (shipping, COD, lens price, etc.) will be made.
- Refunds will be credited only to the customer’s bank account.
Important Notes
- Ensure there are no scratches on lenses.
- Frames must not be bent or twisted.
- All screws, fittings, accessories, original box, instructions, and warranty cards must be returned.
- Customers may choose refund or exchange.
- If exchanging for:
- A lower-priced or same-priced product: no balance will be payable.
- A higher-priced product: the price difference must be paid by the customer.
